Dawn Lenhard, Realtor
As The Vonderau Team’s Listing/Transaction Manager and a licensed Realtor, Dawn prepares the new listings to be submitted to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), uploads the listing to so that they will be marketed on over 900+ websites, prepares the brochures, orders the postcards and sends out mailings to the general public. She also follows the transactions from the time there is a signed purchase agreement until title has transferred. She stays in touch with the house inspector(s), appraiser, Title Company and escrow agent to make sure every detail is taken care of in a timely fashion. Together with Karin, Dawn keeps all of our clients informed through the listing and sales process.
